“There aren’t any records of a portal.”

“But?” Kim prompted.

“There are references to ‘strange events’ occurring in early-to-mid May of 1999, so something is definitely going down.”

“Thanks Wade.”

“So, we’re going to get involved?” Ron asked.

Kim gave him a look.

“Of course, we are.”

“Whatever happened in Lawndale is almost certainly going to spill over to Middleton.”

“So, what now?” Ron asked.

Two days later, Quinn arrived at Stacy’s house on the way to school. “How did it go with Pizza Forest?” Stacy asked as she let Quinn inside.

“They were quite annoyed,” Quinn said with a giggle. “But I think we need to get out of the class.”

“I have the notes,” Stacy said.

“Great!”

Chapter 28 – Voyager Trials
TARDIS (Tenth, with Martha and Felicia)
They had left Pentallion behind. “Where would you like to go next?” the Doctor asked.

“Anywhere!” Martha said.

“Earth. That's where my Doctor is likely to be,” Felicia decided.

“Earth it is then,” the Doctor said as he laid in coordinates. But something happened, and the Doctor was knocked away from the console. The Cloister Bell rang. “What?” he asked.

Martha and Felicia both approached the console. “Error?” Felicia read.

The Doctor rejoined them.

“Well, what?” the Doctor asked.

“Look at them! My boys!”

“Cybermen in broad daylight? You think people won’t notice?” Indeed, people were noticing, and taking selfies…

“Photos with the big metal men, one pound,” Missy said.

The Doctor sighed as people threw coins into her hat. ‘Pudding Brains!’ he thought.

“New York, Paris, Rome, Marrakesh, Brisbane, Glasgow. Everywhere. Anywhere!”

“More power has been routed to sickbay, Doctor,” he said.

“Thanks, Lieutenant.”

La Forge came over to Troi. “How is …”

“He or she isn’t well, but then I probably shouldn’t have brought it aboard,” Troi said.

“You couldn’t have known.”

“That’s certainly true. I was acting under impulse.”

“Most people do in those places,” La Forge agreed.

“I better get going,” Troi said.

In his ready room, Captain Picard heard a squeak. It seemed Enterprise was still having ‘teething problems’. ‘I can hardly concentrate if there are random noises in my ready room!’ he thought. The door chime rang. “Come!”

There was a surprise when she got back to the Taylor mansion. Kevin was waiting. 'Of course!' she thought. She took out her phone and called the Lanes. Jane answered. “Hello?”

“Daria here.”

“That is still quite strange. Is there a problem?”

“Kevin is here.”

“I'll put Brittany on then.”

“Thanks.”

“Wait!” Aialah called out.

“What?” Alpha asked.

“Not him!” Aialah said. Too late, as Beta had already said the command to transfer, so he had transferred. His appearance scared Aialah.

“Is something wrong?” Beta asked.

“Sorry, I'll explain later. Ask Gamma to come,” Alpha said.

'Yes!'

A short time later, after Pentallion had gained some distance between them and the Star , the Doctor, Felicia and Martha led the surviving crewmembers into Section 30, where the TARDIS waited.

“This is never your ship,” Scannel said.

“Compact, eh? And another good word, robust! Barely a scorch mark on her,” the Doctor responded.

“We can't just leave you drifting with no fuel,” Martha said.

“We've sent out an offical mayday. The authorities will pick us up soon enough,” Riley stated.

“Though how we explain what happened...” Scannel started.

“Just tell them. That sun needs care and protection just like any other living thing,” the Doctor and Martha entered the TARDIS.

“So, er, you're off then. No chance I'll see you again?”

“It's not very likely,” Felicia admitted. “It was nice, not-dying with you. I reckon you'll find someone to believe in soon enough.”

“I think I already did,” Riley said with a smile.

The Doctor and the Sanctuary
The TARDIS came to a stop. “That’s strange,” the Doctor commented.

“What’s strange?” his companion, Martha Jones, asked.

“We’ve stopped in Tokyo. But it’s somewhere I’ve stopped before. The TARDIS is reading similar spatial distortions to the other times.”

“So, you think there could be something to it?” Martha asked.

“Yes.”

The Doctor and Martha stepped out of the TARDIS, into a café next to a crossroads. The Doctor scanned the area with the sonic screwdriver. “Oh!”

“Oh?”

The Doctor pointed in the direction behind the café. “Something’s Spacey-Wasey.”

“Spacey-Wasey?” Martha asked.

“To the three dimensions of space what Timey Wimey is to the fourth dimension of Time,” the Doctor answered.

“So, a part of Tokyo is folded in on itself?”

“Looks like it. But it may be only part of it. It’s like a tesseract. There may be connections to pocket universes.”

“Right,” Martha said as she took it in.

The Doctor thought about what he might have found as he and Martha sipped their cappuccino’s. Martha was petting a large cream coloured cat. ‘There could be anything in the contorted space,’ he thought. Whether the Japanese Government was hiding something there, or there was something else there, he wanted to find out. He saw a teenage girl with short hair enter the café and look at the cat Martha was petting. ‘Wait!’ the thought. There was something about that girl. ‘Could she know about the Spacey-Wasey region?’

Yoshioka Haru looked at the two foreigners who were with Muta at their usual table. There was something unusual about them, particularly the man. She doubted she would have noticed if she hadn’t been involved with the Cat Bureau. ‘The Baron would like to know at least,’ she thought as she decided to introduce herself to them. But first she went to order a coffee.

Martha saw the girl approach. “Hi, I’m Haru.”

“Martha, and this is the Doctor.”

“I thought we could talk,” Haru said as she began petting the cat.

“He really likes you,” Martha observed.
Trouble in Georgeton
Diana Prince entered the console room, where the Doctor was running frantically around adjusting the TARDIS’s course.

“Ah, Diana, we’re almost there,” the Doctor said.

“That’s good,” she said.

The TARDIS then landed. The Doctor changed his attention to the scanner as soon as the final thud was heard. “Wait, that’s not Themyscira,” he said.

“Good try,” Diana said. She had suspected that it wouldn’t be as simple as pointing the TARDIS at Themyscira. Either that or the ship wanted her to continue travelling with the Doctor.

“It’s a small town in Iowa, in the 1950s.”

Fandom: Doctor Who
Characters: Donna Noble, Tenth Doctor
Rather than the Doctor erasing her memory, Donna Noble figures out another way to survive the Metacrisis.
Doctor Who – Randomness
The universe wasn't as disorderly as most thought. The Doctor knew this better than most. As the TARDIS landed he looked at his latest companion. “What's that for Space Man?” Donna Noble asked.

“Oh, just thinking about how we met again,” he answered. It was strange that the TARDIS had landed near where she had parked her car, he mused. Not for the first time.

“Really,” Donna asked.

“It was a little strange,” the Doctor said he went to the outer door.

“You've told me before,” Donna added as she followed him.
Doctor Who – Loneliness
Lonely. He was lonely. But it had to be this way. He knew he didn't want to lose anyone after what happened to Donna. It was just him and the TARDIS. This was on his mind as the ship landed. “Where are we now?” he wondered. He looked at the scanner, and saw that he had landed in Manchester in the early 2010s.

“Are you ready?” Martha asked.

“No,” the Doctor said.

Martha pressed the button and the Doctor was in the chamber. She exchanged a look with Felicia and then typed 200 and pressed the green button.

When the temperature in the chamber reached -70, the power was cut.

“No, Martha, you can't stop it, not yet!” the Doctor exclaimed.

“What happened?” Martha asked McDonnell.

“Power's been cut in Engineering,” she explained.

“But who's down there?” Martha asked.

“Leave it to me,” McDonnell said. She left.

“Impact in Four forty seven.”

“Felicia. Listen! I've only got a moment. You've got to go! Martha has to re-freeze me.”

“What do I have to do?”

“Get to the front. Vent the Engines...”

Doctor Who: The DoctorDonna and the Next Doctor
24 December 1851
London
The TARDIS materialised beneath a medieval archway. The Doctor stepped out and smiled. “Come on then!” he said. Donna followed him out, dressed for the period.

“This incarnation is still taking some getting used to,” she said. “I'm still finding this new voice weird.”

“That makes two of us,” the Doctor said. He still wasn't how the Metacrisis had triggered a regeneration in a human.
