The young woman entered the mental health clinic. She didn't want to be here again. “Father God, I pray that this will be the last time. You know I don't want to be here again.” She paused before adding, “and also, that I won't miss too much,” she said. Little did she know, that the second part to the prayer was about to be answered in a dramatic way...
The rest of the day went by normally, but as night fell on Sydney, something was happening elsewhere.
Lausanne, Switzerland
Normally, an idea to delay the Winter Olympics wouldn't be countenanced by the International Olympic Committee. But the recent ban of Russia had some wondering.
“No, the Games cannot be delayed.”
“Only a month or two, while investigation of other nation's teams can be completed.”
