John 20:1 - 18
The Power of the Resurrection

vs 5 - 7
The burial clothes were just lying there, as if the body had vanished.

John believed. He was sure.

Mary crying in grief.
From the Divine perspective, the tears were inappropriate at that time and place.
Yet, Jesus was understanding. He called Mary by name.

1 Samuel 3
The LORD calling Samuel.
Eli - "Speak LORD, for your servant is listening."
But it's at the LORD's timing, not the servant's.

Mary and the disciples didn't have a large enough view of Jesus.

In times of fear and doubt Jesus brings comfort.
