“As for what happened at UNO regarding Kelsington, it is a long story.”

After watching Sheridan’s latest log, the Doctor had watched Ivanova’s. That was enough to get him up to speed on the situation aboard the station, although not everything. They had hardly mentioned the Shadows, for instance, but there was enough for the Doctor to know that the station was in trouble.
