Philippians 3: 1 - 10
We all need to know Christ more and more. as a friend.
A friends understands our silence.
Paul gloried in the Cross, because it had changed his life. The Cross proved Christ's friendship selfless. Everything we find in a friend, we find it in Jesus. Paul was willing to die to self interest. Everything else outside Christ he considered loss.

Knowing Jesus - surpassing greatness. He hungered to know Jesus.

Psalm 42

We need to have the knowledge of Christ to become like him, and to know what He would do in our circumstances.
It is a continuous process.
