“We’re now on approach to Space Station Armidale. Docking will occur in two minutes.”
Europa Brennan looked out of the window and saw that they were rather close to the Station. The sunlight reflecting off it made it more visible against the darkness of space than it would otherwise have been. “A torus,” she said, knowing that the ship was going to land at the centre of the station. There was a small g-force as the ship matched rotation with the station.
Europa hadn’t expected to be the first student at the university to use the station in her studies.
