Via guilt.
Or Worry.
Worry
- Distrust in the truthfulness of God.
Overcoming worry.

You are going to have problems but you are already in the Book of Life.
Enjoy life day by day.
Be gentle
Turn your care to prayer! (vs 6, 7)
