Rewatch. Based on the original 1984 comics (rather than the 1987 animated series). A crime wave has hit New York City, and intrepid reporter April O’Neil is on the story. Also investigating are the titular Turtles. Also involved is April’s boss’s son, Danny, who finds that he’s in over his head. As are the NYPD. It turns out that the one behind the crime wave is someone from Master Splinter’s past… Overall it was an interesting film. 8.1/10.
