Chapter 41: Legacy of the Professor
“So, where are we now?” Clarence asked.
“Seems to be an ancient spaceship that has been buried for centuries, but now, it's a larder,” Samson explained.
“Why hasn't anyone come for us?”
“We're alive. Cheeper than freezing us.”
“OK,” Clarence said. He realized that he still had the Professor's multi-purpose tool in his pocket. “I have it.”
“You have what?”
“Your grandmother's multi-tool.”
“Multi-tool?” Samson asked, perplexed.
“So, not common, Citadel tech, then?” Clarence asked. He managed to get it out of his pocket and used it to loosen his bonds.
“Quite a useful device.”
“Oh, yeah.”
They then got loose.
“So, it is these guys who killed the dinosaur?” Clarence asked.
“Yes,” Samson answered.
