Shocked she crawls along the bottom to the shore. Then sees that the people are staring at her. She quickly finds the reason, her skin had changed into a bright red colour and also that her hair had fallen out...

The young agent heard the alert, and went to his computer. He knew what had happened. Another meta-human somewhere in Australia had gotten in over his or her head. “Who is in trouble this time?”
He clicked on the information tab and read it over quickly.

Powerset: Enhanced perception: Can use vibrations to produce a mental picture of the surrounding area.
Activities: Redacted field Student at University of New England. Does not actively pursue vigilantism, instead acting as a private detective.
The agent knew he didn't have the clearance to know the redacted information, just that the person was in trouble. The tracker information showed that he was in Armidale's CBD area. The agent then sent the information on, so agents in Armidale could come to his rescue.

It was late at night in the township, and quiet. But that was deceptive. Even in small towns there was crime and those who would try to prevent it.
The Moon had just set. In the reserve to the south of the township, Daniel Hall, Agent of the Australian Metahuman Monitoring and Assistance Agency was talking to one of the people the Agency watched out for. The young man, who had taken the Alias of 'Shadowhand Xzini' was grateful for his intervention. “Now you know that some things are beyond your ability to deal with?” he said.
“I get it!” 'Shadowhand Xzini' said. “But it's a bit difficult, when one doesn't have all the facts.'
“Very true, all you can do is to be aware of that. And not be afraid to call in backup.”
“It's not like my brother would have been of much help.”
“No...” Agent Hall said. He knew 'Shadowhand Xzini's' brother didn't have offensive powers. “With two people, trouble is easier to deal with.”
“Understood.”

'How are we supposed to help if we don't have all the information,' she pondered not for the first time. And this was the fourth occurrence in Newcastle this week!
