Steve Rogers emerged from the Quantum Realm. He saw that Quill's ship was still there. He didn't know any other way to get to Vormir. But first he had to return the Power Stone.

Peter Quill didn't know what to make of this other Terran. “So you want me to take you to Vormir. No one goes to Vormir. Why would you want to go there?”

“You don't need to know. We'll only be there for a short time. Then you can go to where you're going.

“So, Vormir, then to Xandar. That's where I'm going,” Quill added.

“Xandar works for me,” Rogers said. They shook hands.


It took a while to get to Vormir from Morag. Barton had been silent on that front, other than that Romanov hadn't come back. Quill's music was interesting, coming from a period of the 20th Century he hadn't yet caught up on. He wasn't sure he wanted to catch up on it. There was a lady on the ship too, whom Quill had forgotten was there. He was sure Bereet was one of Quill's 'flings'. There was an uncomfortable silence aboard the Milano as they approached the closest jump point.
“Hold on, Vormir is quite far off the beaten path,” Quill said.

“How far?” Bereet asked.

“300 jumps,” Quill answered.

“Is that far?”
