A bias. Humanity has one towards sin.
We need a healer.

Exodus 15:22 - 27
The Israelites had no water. Their opinion of God plumeted.
Marah - a place of bitterness
We all have a place of bitterness in our lives
God had lead them to this place.

God was testing them.
Can we praise God in a time of testing?

Job 13:15

Before the original sin - there was no illness and decay.

The LORD who heals - Yahweh Rapha

Refreshment and rejuvination

Living water
John 7:37 - 39

Exodus 15
God stepped in to heal the water.

We have the Spirit
Streams of living water in our heart
We need to draw on those streams.

God's goal for our lives is not comfort, but character development.
