Early 1925
North America
Cascadia pushes the Canadian forces further north. They also capture more Japanese territory.

In Ottawa, there are contentious discussions about further Conscription. There are fears that the Quebecois may rebel as the Irish had.

The Americans and Mexicans also capture more Japanese territory (and defeat some redoubts in the Rockies).
More Virginian positions are captured.

South America
In the Spanish Dominions more discontent stirs as more news filters back of the carnage on the Western Front.

There is less discontent in Patagonia, but Virginian refugees are overwhelming facilities. (With many in the government wondering why they didn't go to Canada or South Africa, which have larger populations.

Africa
The Allies continue to push League forces back. Both sides are using native footsoldiers are cannon fodder...

Europe
United Kingdom
More of Iceland is captured by the Danes.

The Irish Rebellion receives more support on the ground...

It was becoming more obvious that the League was loosing the war. In a tumultous meeting of the Imperial Council in early February, Prime Minister Mosley has that driven home further.
The Virginian Representative was admitting defeat and lamenting the lack of support from the rest of the Empire. He's joined by the Northern Tasmanian and New Englander Representatives, who demand more troops to be sent to help their Dominions.
It is noted that Queensland had already absorbed the New Englander forces into theirs after the fall of Armidale to the Danish Australian forces in mid January. The session goes nowhere, and Mosley reaches out to the Spanish Ambassador to see if Spain could help the UK as they were helping France...

France
The Western Front continues to be a bloodbath. It is early in June when Spain announces that they are withdrawing support. There are no more troops to send...

Spain
The Spanish are running out of manpower... As such, they have to knock back the British request.

Eastern Europe
The rebellions continue to gain support, and territory.

The Intermarium pushes the Russians further back.

Asia
Various League forces are pushed back.

In China, the warlord era continues.

Oceania
After a long seige, Armidale falls to the Danish Australian forces in mid January. (As mentioned above.) This causes a loss of morale for the New Englanders. The lines collapse, various towns (such as Guyra and Inverell) are captured without a fight. By the end of March, Queensland had taken responsibility for the remaining New Englander forces.

Similarly for Northern Tasmania, except they are on their own. New Zealand had sent troops to help, but it was still not enough.

During lunch, Daria sat with Jane and Jennifer at their usual table.

“What do you think is going to happen with Mr. O'Neill's idea?” Jennifer asked, wondering if an old style coffee house in Lawndale would be successful.

“Nothing,” Daria said.

“Nothing?” Jennifer asked.
“Ms. Li will not shell out for it,” Daria said.

“Are you sure?” Jane asked.

“Look at how stingy this Cafeteria is. It is obvious that the Principal keeps a tight rein on the purse strings,” Daria said.

The three teens looked around. They could see that the décor dated from the early '90's at best, with hints of 70's and '80s here and there.

“So this morning would be the last we hear of it?” Jennifer asked with a slightly dubious tone. 'It could be a money raiser,' she thought.

“Want to bet on it?” Daria asked.

“Sure,” Jennifer said
