Excerpt from: Galactic Trouble

“It must be if I hadn't heard of it it,” Quinn said with an honest smile.

“I enjoyed it too,” Cameron said. “What's next?”

Christian pulled a VHS tape out of the pile. “Muppet Treasure Island?” he asked.

“I haven't seen it,” Stevie admitted. “Is it good?”


Chapter 11: Satellite Five

“The Professor gave it a bit of a top-up,” Ross explained. . “Who's back home, your mum and dad?”

“Yeah,” Ada said.

“Phone them up,” Ross said.

“But that's one hundred and ninety eight thousand years ago.”

“Honestly, true it. Go on.

“Is there a code for planet Earth?” Ada asked.


Chapter 12: Still at Christian's

“It's really good, quite funny,” Quinn said.

“One of the better adaptations of the source material,”Cameron said as he took the tape from Christian. He put it into the VCR.

Christian then used the remote to change the television input from the DVD player to the VCR. He then ejected the anime disk from the DVD player.

“It's based on a book?” Stevie asked.

“Yes, are you saying you haven't heard of Treasure Island?” Cindy asked.

Stacy thought for a moment.

Excerpt from: The Two Ships

“Onscreen,” Chakotay ordered.

“Aye, Commander.” Kim put the anomaly on screen,

“Captain Janeway to the Bridge. Mr. Paris, change orbit to avoid the anomaly.”

“Aye, Commander.”


Captain Kathryn Janeway came up to the Bridge less than a minute later. “I see,” she said once she had received a report from Chakotay. “Scan the anomaly as we pass it in our orbit,” she ordered.

“Aye, Captain,” Kim responded.


Less than three minutes later, Voyager approached the anomaly, began to scan it. However, something more happened, as the ship came to the point of closest approach.


An alert sound rang through the bridge. “Report!” Janeway ordered.

“The anomaly is moving!” Kim reported in alarm.

“Confirmed,” Lieutenant Commander Tuvok said.

“Initating evasive!” Paris said.


However, the evasive moves weren't enough. Voyager entered the anomaly...



Elsewhere
Voyager had emerged, none the worse for wear. “We have passed through the anomaly, Captain,” Kim reported.
