Rewatch. The story of a young princess named Nausicaa who finds that she needs to fight for the survival of her people. The threat proves not to be the poisoned environment, but a power-hungry neighboring nation. The way she deals with the various threats was well done, building on her knowledge of the poisoned ecosystem. Thus, the build up to the climax was not contrived. 9.2/10.
