“Then that is probably the cuprit. Show me the pod!” the Officer said.
“Yes, sir,” the tech said. But something was wrong. “That's not right.” The screen then showed the image of a blue box. “Escape pods aren't usually blue.”
“Maybe this one is. See if there are any markings on it.”
“Aye sir.”
Sabir waited as the Doctor sorted through the data on the debris field. It was different, travelling with the Doctor by himself. There was no one else to talk to when the Doctor was busy with some task. No one to share the adventure with. He knew why Hotaru had wanted to stop travelling.

The Far Eastern War continues, with the Japanese breaking out from Kamchatka. It seems that there was incompetence in the case of the defenders.
Oceania
Tensions rise between the British-Scandinavians and the Indon Empire, with close calls between the two powers. However, the tension is highest just after Christmas, with a British-Scandinavian fleet sailing from Broome...
With the Great Drought ongoing, the last of the farmers withdraw from the affected regions in the Murray-Darling Basin. The land was just too dry...

“Certainly,” Clara said.
“Robin, who are they?” one of the Merry Men asked.
“The Veiled Detective and her assistants,” Robin explained.
“Are you sure you want her here?”
“She can help us!”
‘Looks like there are disagreements here,’ Clara thought.
“It would be a double-edged sword,” the Merry Man argued.
