When Marnie Was There – Anna and the Paradox
Anna looked over the salt marsh towards the Mansion. It looked dilapidated again, unlike the previous night, when she and Marnie had rowed together. There was something strange, and yet familiar, about Marnie. She sighed and looked over the sketches she had made, both of Marnie, and of the Mansion. How was it that she had seen Marnie in her dreams before she had met her. She started sketching again. Was there movement in Marnie’s room? She looked again. Nothing!
