Description: A school for Mutants, and the home base of the Mutant superheroes known as the X-Men.

From: The Lord of the Rings (Book)
Area (if applicable): 20 square km
De facto Leader (if applicable): Elrond Halfelven
Description: A city of Elves. Also present are a Wizard, five Hobbits, two Dwarves from Erebor, and (at least) two Men. (ISOT occurs just after the Council of Elrond, so the Ring is here...)
Location: Eastern Europe

Americas
The war between the Shi and the Enclave continues.

As soon as news reaches him of the event, Xavier goes into Cerebro to determine the status of this new world. Fortunately for him, Cerebro doesn't detect Cthulhu (the Old One being too alien for it to read) or the Ring (it being weak as a result of the ISOT). It does detect all the Klingons, Covenant aliens, Elves and Clark...
The X-Men lie low, wondering what to do about the Harbinger (which too, doesn't really read in Cerebro either)...

The Cthulhu cult in Hawaii grows.

Brazil welcomes more Klingons in to fight the Zombie threat.

Clark has crossed the border into Canada, where he is still lying low. (Still, Xavier is interested in sending the X-Men to talk.)

Research into the properties of the Smallville Rocks continue. (Could the mysterious radiation be effective against the Harbinger?)


Europe
The Harbinger withdraws as Klingon forces attack.

As soon as the Event occurs, Elrond knows something had happened. He sends some elves to investigate.

Some of the Elves sent into German and Polish territories are caught. It is determined that they are elves, as the language spoken is recognised as Sindarin. Thus a helicoper carrying European Union officials has landed at the Last Homely House before the end of the week. (The Hobbits are hidden, so as to not tip off that the Ring is present.)

The Caliphate assists the Union of Humanity in evacuating populations ahead of the Harbinger.


Afri'noS
The Klingons continue to gain influence in various African nations.

The High Council considers whetehr or not to intervene on the side of Wakanda, but they decide to deal with the Harbinger first.


Asia
The various powers continue to discuss how to ally against the Xeno threats.


Oceania
The Endeavour had been taken to the Dubbo airport. There, it had been upgraded, with modern and Covenant technology. (This extended to the weapons. Several M242 Bushmasters, augmented by some of the point defense weapons from the Covenant ship.) Also computer systems, modern RADAR, and communication, proper sanitation facilities...
Of course, the upgrades wouldn't be able to help if the Harbinger were to attack, but they aren't meant for that.
The ship is launched on a mission to explore for Australia, the ISOTed places (and possibly to rescue Clark whom ASIS agents had heard about and want to rescue, if possible).
It is commanded by Captain Stanton, with General Morris (the commander who had made contact with the Covenant as well as Endeavour) as first officer. Alongside the original crew, there are Grunts to operate the Covenant upgrades.
The first destination, is the North. (ETA 4 weeks).

The Australian government continues to make emergency plans...
