Excerpt from: Tales of Fitzroyville
It had been a long day at school, some of the Year Seven students were already playing up in class. 'It only took two weeks,' she thought, as she approached the counter.
"What would you like?" the barista asked.
"Capuccino," Kara answered. "skim milk, no sugar."
"Certainly," the barista said.
While the capaccino was being prepared, Kara turned around. She didn't expect to see the person she saw there.

The city was mostly sleeping as the sun rose. Little did anyone know, that some kind of change had occurred, which would lead to the strange, horrible, events which would occur during the day, and that night.
It certainly didn't occur to Flora Feilding. But it suddenly did. She bolted awake, the nightmare still fresh in her mind. It wasn't entirely suprising, she had had similar experiences before, but it still wasn't very pleasant. Not at all. After turning on the lamp, she grabbed the notebook one the bedside table and wrote it down.
Once she had finished, she looked at the clock radio. It was ten to five.
