Angie arrived at the house in Howard Drive. 'Gosh! This place needs work!' she thought as she walked up the path. She knocked on the door. Brittany answered it. “Hi, Brittany.”

“Angie. You haven't seen Kevin, have you? He's supposed to be here by now.”

“I haven't,” Angie admitted.

“I hope he hasn't forgotten!” Brittany exclaimed.

She hoped that her friend would be back. She hadn't seen her since a couple weeks before Christmas. She looked and saw her near the front, with a few other friends.


Amanda sat next to her friend, Nina, who was talking to another friend. “It's good to be back,” Nina said.

“I'm sure it would be,” Amanda said.

“Hi, Amanda,” Nina said. “How have you been?”

“I have been well, although I've been a little worried about you,” Amanda answered. She didn't want to face what Nina had to face.

“You're not the only one,” Nina said, with a glance with the one she had been talking to earlier.

Amanda nodded.

It was then that the countdown video finished, and the worship team went up on stage. “Welcome to Dubbo-Oxley Baptist Church. It has been rather long holiday break, hasn't it?” she paused.
“Are you ready to get into 2017? However, your break was, you can thank God that you are here now, and ready to worship and serve Him this year!” That then lead into the first song. 10000 Reasons.

10000 Reasons was then followed by This is Amazing Grace, then there was a pause.

The giant snail was moving very slowly up the Seine Valley towards Paris. It was easily shrugging off the attacks that the French military were throwing at it.


Paris
Insectosaurus flew past the Tour Eiffel. “I've always wanted to be in Paris,” Dr. Cochroach said.

“Same here,” Ginormica said. “But we have to talk to that giant snail somehow.”

“We'll figure it out,” Dr. Cochroach said.


As the American monsters approached the Snail the French forces stopped their attack. “OK, Insecto, land close to the front of the Snail,” Dr. Cochroach directed.
