Who is the 'Doctor' to demand that I leave Gallifrey! I am Rassilon! Without me, Gallifrey wouldn't have survived the Daleks as long as it did! What did you do Doctor? Your success in the War was just luck! I don't know how you got that luck, but I should have it.
Rassilon looked back at the planet he just left.
I will go back to Gallifrey, you cannot stop me!
